Shipping & Delivery

We offer both domestic and international shipping. All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days from the time your payment is confirmed. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Delivery times vary based on location, courier availability, and customs processing times in the destination country. We do not guarantee delivery dates.

Please note: In cases where a product requires compounding, dispatch and delivery timelines may be delayed. While we strive to ship all orders promptly, compounded items will be dispatched as soon as they are ready.

International Orders & Customs

For international orders, customers are solely responsible for ensuring that the products ordered comply with their local laws and regulations, including but not limited to customs, health, and import regulations.

We do not accept any responsibility or liability for shipments that are delayed, held, or rejected by customs authorities in your country. It is your responsibility to ensure that the product you are ordering is permitted to be imported into your country.

Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees

All applicable duties, taxes, and import fees are entirely the responsibility of the customer. These costs are not included in your order total and will not be paid by us under any circumstances.

Customs Seizures & Non-Delivery

We do not offer refunds or replacements for any order that is confiscated, delayed, returned, or destroyed by customs. By placing an order with us, you agree that any loss resulting from customs intervention is your responsibility and no refund will be issued.

Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
